Waiverly's Role

Waiverly is an informational directory and discovery platform. Our purpose is to help individuals, families, caregivers, and professionals find providers, services, programs, and community resources that may support people with disabilities.

Waiverly is not a service provider, case manager, support coordinator, government agency, healthcare provider, or legal advisor. We do not deliver care, manage services, or act on behalf of any provider, agency, or user. The information on Waiverly is provided to help you research and compare options — it is not advice and is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional.

Provider Information

Provider profiles and the details within them — including service descriptions, availability, eligibility details, pricing, contact information, credentials, licenses, and similar information — may come from a variety of sources. This information may be:

  • Submitted directly by providers or their representatives,
  • Gathered or compiled from publicly available sources, or
  • Updated, changed, or removed over time.

Because information can come from different sources and change frequently, details shown on Waiverly may not always reflect a provider's current offerings, status, or circumstances.

No Endorsement or Guarantee

Waiverly does not guarantee that any provider information is complete, accurate, current, verified, or suitable for your specific needs. A listing on Waiverly is not a recommendation.

Some providers may be "verified" or "claimed" on the platform. Verification or claiming generally means a provider has confirmed certain details or taken ownership of their profile. It does not mean that Waiverly endorses, recommends, guarantees, or assumes responsibility for that provider, their qualifications, or the quality or outcome of their services.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for independently evaluating any provider or resource before relying on it. Before making decisions, you should contact providers directly to confirm:

  • Services offered and whether they fit your needs,
  • Current availability and capacity,
  • Eligibility requirements,
  • Qualifications, licensing, and insurance,
  • Pricing, accepted funding sources, and payment options.

Before making decisions based on information found on Waiverly, you should consult the appropriate provider, support coordinator, government agency, healthcare professional, legal professional, or other qualified party. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make and the providers you choose to contact or work with.

Third-Party Providers

Providers and organizations listed on Waiverly are independent third parties. They are not employed by, partnered with, controlled by, or agents of Waiverly.

Waiverly is not responsible for the actions, omissions, quality of care, services, representations, availability, or conduct of any third-party provider or organization listed on the platform. Any agreement, communication, or relationship you enter into with a provider is solely between you and that provider.

No Eligibility, Funding, or Care Decisions

Waiverly does not make decisions about Medicaid waiver eligibility, service authorization, funding, care plans, provider approval, or care planning. We do not determine who qualifies for a program, what services are authorized, or how care should be delivered.

Those decisions are made by the appropriate government agencies, managed care organizations, support coordinators, and qualified professionals. Please work directly with those parties for any eligibility, authorization, or care-planning decisions.

Changes to Information

Information on Waiverly may be added, edited, updated, or removed at any time, and provider details can change after they are published. We may also update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform without notice.

We encourage you to treat the information here as a starting point for your own research and to confirm current details directly with the provider or the appropriate agency.

Limitation of Liability

Waiverly provides its platform and information on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waiverly is not liable for any damages, losses, claims, disputes, or issues arising from or related to:

  • Your use of, or inability to use, the platform,
  • Reliance on any information listed on Waiverly, or
  • Your interactions, communications, or relationships with any third-party provider or organization.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have that cannot be limited under applicable law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
